The mission of Parkside Retirement Living, a not-for-profit retirement community, is to provide an affordable, high quality living environment to the senior population. Parkside?s emphasis is to maintain the highest level of independence within all levels of care by offering programs and services which support the social, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of each individual within a supportive, Christian community.

Parkside Retirement Living, established in 1977 as Parkside Meadows, Inc., is a full-service, faith based, not-for-profit retirement community. We're nestled next to Blanchette Park in Old St. Charles on a beautifully landscaped, parklike campus complete with picnic areas, flower and vegetable gardens. We are close to historic St. Charles main street, area hospitals and shops.
Our philosophy at Parkside Retirement Living is to provide an affordable, high quality living environment for adults 55+. In order to maintain the highest level of independence, we offer programs and services that support social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs.
Because Parkside is a continuing of care retirement community, it's easy to transition from independent living to assisted living to skilled care. All of these areas of retirement are available in a connected complex on the same campus for convenience should spouses require a different level of care.
Parkside Retirement Living is overseen by a 15 person board of directors who bring expertise to Parkside from various occupational fields.
